FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Michael W. Mandarino combines West Point discipline with more than two decades of financial services experience. He provides private-client life insurance strategies tailored for complex estates, legacy planning, and business continuity.

Michael W. Mandarino is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1996, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in General Management with a field of study in Systems Engineering.
Following his graduation, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. His service included assignments in Germany and deployment to Bosnia and Herzegovina for NATO peacekeeping operations. He subsequently served in personnel and intelligence assignments, culminating in an honorable discharge in 2001.
Michael began his financial-services career in 2002, initially dedicating his practice to helping U.S. military personnel and federal employees stationed overseas.
Over more than two decades, he has developed a deliberate, educational approach. Relying on the discipline formed early in his career, he translates complicated financial and insurance topics into understandable frameworks, ensuring that every strategic decision is rooted in clear, objective analysis.
